Pomegranate Gin Sunrise

Single Serving

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 1.5 oz Gin
• Splash Orange Juice
• Ice
• Fresh or Dried Orange Slices
How to Make:
In a shaker filled with ice, add gin and orange juice. Shake well and pour into glass. To get a two-layered effect, pour Encino Lady very slow at the edge of your glass, not the center. Garnish with a dried orange slice. Cheers!

FOAMY POMEGRANATE MARGARITA

Single Serving

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 1 ½ oz Tequila
• 1 tbsp Egg White
• Ice
• Lime Slice for Garnish
How to Make:
In a shaker filled with ice, add Mi Corazon and your favorite tequila. Shake well. Serve in a margarita glass. Place egg white in a dry shaker then shake until foamy and pour on top. Garnish with a lime slice. Salud!

POMEGRANATE MARGARITA

Single Serving

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 1 ½ oz Tequila
• Jalapeno Slices
• Ice
• Lime Slice for Garnish
• Coarse Salt for Rim
How to Make:
In a shaker filled with ice, add Mi Corazon and your favorite tequila. Shake well. Serve in a margarita glass with a jalapeno slice to make it spicy! Garnish with a lime slice. Salud!

POMEGRANATE MOJITO

Single Serving

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 1 ½ oz Rum
• Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds
• ¼ cup Soda Water
• Ice
How to Make:
In sturdy glass, add mint leaves and muddle to extract juice. Separately, in a shaker filled with ice, add the Encino Lady Corazon cocktail mixer and rum. Shake well and pour to glass with muddled mint. Splash with soda water. Add pomegranate seeds. Mix the drink. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!

POMEGRANATE MULE

Single Serving

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 4 oz Ginger Beer
• Pomegranate Seeds
• Thinly Sliced Asian Pear
• Ice
How to Make:
In a shaker filled with ice, add the Encino Lady Corazon cocktail mixer and vodka. Shake well and set aside. Pour the ginger beer into a martini glass. To get a two-layered effect, pour Encino Lady very slow at the edge of your glass, not the center. Add one asian pear slice to garnish. Cheers!

SANGRIA

Single Serving:

Ingredients:
• 4 oz Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 3 oz White Wine or Prosecco
• Mixed Berries
• Apple or Pear Slices
• Orange Slices
How to Make:
In a shaker filled with ice add Mi Corazon. Shake well. Pour into glass. Add champagne and fruit to garnish. Mix together. Enjoy!

Party Pitcher:

Ingredients:
• 1 Bottle Encino Lady’s Mi Corazon Mixer
• 1 1/2 bottles of White Wine or Prosecco
• Mixed Berries
• Apple or Pear Slices
• Orange Slices
How to Make:
Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Set some berries aside and muddle the rest. Prepare the day before or let it sit for at least two hours in the refrigerator. Serve in a pitcher and garnish with sliced fruit.
